Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients

1 pound Brussel sprouts, trimmed

¼ cup olive oil

3 tablespoons Wood's Maple Syrup

4 slices bacon, cut into ½-inch pieces

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Place Brussel sprouts, olive oil, Wood's Maple Syrup, bacon, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss to coat, until everything is mixed.
Place mixture into a roasting pan.
Roast pan in the oven for about 45 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the Brussel sprouts are cooked through. Be sure to stir 20 minutes in.
