Ingredients

• 3 oz. vodka
• 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeño juice

• ¼  teaspoon Ardbeg Wee Beastie Scotch

• 3-5 drops of Wood’s Ghost Pepper Extract

Directions

1. Chill the martini glass with ice inside.

2. Fill shaker ½ way with ice and add vodka and jalapeño juice-shake for 20-30 seconds. Set down.

3. Dump ice out of the glass. Add ¼ tsp of Wee Beastie to the glass and coat the inner surface.
4. Strain the contents of the shaker into glass.
5. Garnish with 3 skewered blue cheese olives and 3-5 drips of Wood’s Ghost Pepper extract.
