Maple Oatmeal Brownie Yum!

Ingredients

2 cups coconut or almond milk (not canned)

½ cup Wood’s Maple Syrup

⅓ cup peanut butter
-
1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups rolled oats
-
¼ cup dark cocoa
-
1 teaspoon baking powder
-
1 tablespoon flax
-
Pinch of salt
-
⅓ cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Add all wet ingredients to a bowl.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix then add chocolate chips. Mix.
Pour into a 6x9 baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.

Enjoy! Store in fridge and reheat when you want to eat! It's awesome with a scoop of ice cream!
